January's drop in making a camera case.

The topic for January's drop in was making a camera case using a resist, here is Gail Cooke, Feltmakers North's secretary, helping new members Vicki Harvey and Joanne Cairnduff with their cases.
Marguerita and Marie were working hard!

The morning was a relaxed but informative drop in with all the members going away having successfully made a case for their cameras! Liz Nicholl with new member Clare Martin working hard, both ladies produced beautiful pieces of work.
Sharon came all the way from Garvagh, she produced a vintage style camera case in antique pink!

Next Month we have a slight change to the programme we will be making a vessel (the april and February workshops are swapping over) a resist will be provided so just bring your usual felting equipment and merino tops!
The proforma's are now available for the exciting all day bag workshop on the 26th March with the tutors from Dublin, this is workshop runs from 10am-4pm in Hillsborough Village Centre, materials are provided all you need to bring is your felting equipment, the cost members £45 non members £55, this is an ideal opportunity to increase your skills and spend a whole day being creative. Next drop is February 19th starting with coffee at 10.15 and felting at 10.30, come along and join in the fun, at The Island Arts Centre, Lisburn.
