DATES FOR YOUR 2017 DIARY

3rd Saturday of each month - Our regular Felt-in. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided.

June 18th Felt-in - Sarah Foster Jarden will be showing us some of the techniques she learned at Dagmar's workshop and making a pair of wrist warmers.

This will be our last Felt-in until September.

August Craft Month - We are delighted to be involved this year for the first time in this great event.  Lisburn Library will host an exhibition of our work from 10 August - 2 September entitled 'Felt Fantastic'.

We are holding two 'Meet the Maker' sessions in the Library at 10am on 15 and 22 August where members of the public can see how we work and maybe give it a go themselves.

Finally 2 workshops will be held in Hillsborough Village Centre on 12 August - Make a scarf & 19 August - Create your own 3D vessel using native fleece.


WORKSHOPS

We are delighted to tell you that Gabi McGrath will be leading a two-day workshop where we will make a beautiful bag, embellished with leather on 7 & 8 October 2017.

More dates and details will be filled in later, once dates and tutors are confirmed.Members pay a reduced rate for all workshops and also have priority booking for the first two weeks after a workshop has been offered. Email contact for workshops is: feltmakersnorth@gmail.com

Please note that due to insurance restrictions Feltmakers' North workshops are only open to people of 18 years and over.


FELT-IN

All Felt-ins are held in Hillsborough Village Centre, Beside the school. You can just come along to the Felt-ins. There is no need to apply, just pop-in! Cost is £6 to non-members.
Feltmakers' North Felt-ins and workshops are open to everyone. Members do not pay for the felt-ins and non members pay £6. Members can attend workshops at a reduced rate, thus, there are great advantages in becoming a member. Membership funs from September to August.
